Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.
You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount. This corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in relation to the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for services
In the case of a contract for the provision of a service, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if
the service has been fully performed,
you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
you have confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us, and
the service has been fully performed.
The corresponding consent and confirmation will, where necessary, be obtained in the course of the booking or contract conclusion process.
