FAQ – 90-Day HR Performance Program

How does this program differ from traditional HR consulting?

Traditional HR consulting delivers recommendations.

This program changes concrete decision-making behavior within the company.

This means:

• no presentations without implementation

• no models without application

• no theory without real decisions

You don't work on concepts – but on real hiring and leadership decisions in real time.

Why is the price on request?

Because the economic leverage varies greatly.

A company with:

• 10 employees

• vs. 200 employees

has completely different:

• decision density

• costs of mis-hires

• complexity in the leadership system

A fixed price would be either:

• too low (and therefore strategically wrong)

• or artificially inflated

The pricing logic is based exclusively on economic impact.

When does the program pay off?

Usually faster than expected.

A realistic example:

Before:

A company makes 2–3 wrong hiring decisions per year

→ Cost: ~€100,000+

After:

• clearer selection criteria

• structured decisions

• fewer mis-hires

→ The program pays for itself with a single avoided wrong decision

Is the program also suitable for smaller companies?

Only to a limited extent.

This program makes sense if:

• hiring decisions are made regularly

• leadership already plays a central role

• growth is to be actively managed

If these conditions are not met,

the economic leverage is missing.

How much internal time does it take?

Targeted – but not optional.

You invest time in:

• clear decisions

• reflecting on existing patterns

• implementing new structures

Typical mistake:

Companies try to do transformation “on the side.”

The result is always the same: no change.

Can we book only workshops or models?

Yes – deliberately as a separate option.

But to be clear:

Companies that book only workshops or models

rarely change their actual behavior.

Why?

Because knowledge does not replace decisions.

The additional services are useful as a supplement –

not as a substitute for systemic change.

What happens if we don't take action?

Then the program won't work.

And that is exactly why the structure is designed so that:

• decisions are required

• implementation is supported

• avoidance behavior becomes visible

You are not buying content here –

but commitment to implementation.

How quickly will we see results?

The first effects already appear in Phase 1:

• clarity about existing problems

• visibility of wrong decisions

• first adjustments in behavior

Noticeable changes typically occur from Phase 2–3:

• better hiring decisions

• clearer leadership structure

• less operational friction

Is there a guarantee of success?

There is no guarantee without implementation.

What there is:

• a clear structure

• proven decision logics

• direct support

The variable is not the system –

but consistency in its application.

Who is the program not suitable for?

The program is not suitable for people who expect only short-term or standardized solutions without engaging with their own patterns of thinking, decision-making and action.

Nor is it aimed at people who are currently not prepared to actively participate, reflect and implement.

The program does not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment or other professional therapeutic support.

Why now – and not later?

Because the costs accumulate.

Typical pattern:

• the problem is recognized

• the decision is postponed

• costs keep rising

After 6–12 months:

• several wrong decisions

• structural inefficiency

• greater correction effort

Not acting is the most expensive decision.

Is traditional HR consulting also possible?

Yes – traditional HR consulting is generally possible (e.g., selective consulting, models, conceptual support).

Important context:

It creates clarity, but rarely leads to lasting change in decision-making behavior.

Useful:

• for individual questions

• for orientation

Not sufficient:

• for recurring mis-hires

• for inconsistent leadership

• for growth problems

In these cases, a systemic approach is essential.
